Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of firmaflavors.com and any purchase you make from us. The site is operated by Meditaste LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company doing business as FIRMA ("FIRMA," "we," "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

2. Products and information. We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including sizes, ingredients and certifications. Colors and images on screen may vary slightly from the product you receive. Content on this site, including blog articles and recipes, is for general information only and is not medical or nutritional advice. Consult a qualified professional about your specific health needs.

3. Pricing and errors. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after it has been placed.

4. Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, stock limits or pricing errors. If we cancel after you have been charged, we will refund you in full.

5. Payment. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and our payment providers. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds. Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

7. Memberships. Recurring memberships are governed by our Subscription Policy, which is part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property. All content on this site, including the FIRMA name and logo, text, photos, label designs and graphics, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Reviews and submissions. If you submit a review, comment or photo, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display and share it in connection with our business. You confirm the content is yours and is truthful.

10. Prohibited use. You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to access data you are not authorized to access.

11. Disclaimer. Except as stated in our policies, the site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties not expressly stated.

12. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

13. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

14. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
